Choose one clear goal
A good portfolio explains your work and makes it easy to contact you. Choose one primary action: book a call, email you or view a project.
Prepare the content before opening an editor
Write your headline, short introduction, two or three selected projects, proof of work and contact method. Collect assets you have permission to publish.
Choose your tool
A website builder may be enough for a concise portfolio. WordPress is worth comparing if you plan to expand into a blog, directory or complex site. Check the current terms for each route.
Build the core pages
Start with Home, Work, About and Contact. Include readable typography, useful image alt text and a visible next step. Do not publish client work without permission.
